PRIVACY POLICY:

Linking data

This application connects customer's OptiStore ONE account to Google Drive, Dropbox or any other 3^rd party cloud storage service. With it, they will be able to scan their customer's prescriptions and other documents and then associate the images with a customer from their database. Once associated, the scanned images can be viewed from our app, OptiStore ONE.

This application will not delete any of their existing files. Customers will upload their scans into a folder called Unsorted. OptiStore ONE will then look into this folder to allow the user to associate scanned images with their customers. Once that's done the image's file names will be slightly modified and moved into a folder of the current year and designated purpose.

For example, if you have an eye exam prescription named "JohnSmithRx.jpg", the image name might look like "ME8992867109277823_RX_JohnSmithRx.jpg".

The image will be moved from the Unsorted folder into a folder of the current year that resides in the Medical Record folder.

GOOGLE DRIVE:

Only customer will be able to search their own data using the app. At no point, will Deen and Associates Software Architects Inc. access the customer’s data without their permission.

Privacy

• Our app will not look at any other folders within the customer’s account unless the customer themselves specifically perform a search all function.
• We will not share any data from the customer with a third party.
• Customer’s data will not be used for any purpose other use than what has been described above in the section titled “Linking data”
• Google User Data Retention - Your Google User data is in the form of an access token that is encrypted and stored within the OptiStore ONE’s Settings Manager under Cloud Storage.  The access token will remain active as long as your account remains active.
• Deleting your Google Data – To delete your Google Data / Access Token, this may be achieved using the Settings Manager found in our application OptiStore. Within Settings Manager delete the setting “Cloud Storage”. Once that setting has been deleted, your Google User data will removed from the application. Your stored Google User Data within the application will be destroyed.
• You may request for your data to be deleted by communicating with us by e-mail or telephone. Upon request, your stored Google User Data within the application will be destroyed.

DROPBOX:

Only customer will be able to search their own data using the app. At no point, will Deen and Associates Software Architects Inc. access the customer’s data without their permission.

Privacy

• Access is limited to the Apps\OptiStoreConnector branch of folders.

• We will not share any data from the customer with a third party.
• Customer’s data will not be used for any purpose other use than what has been described above in the section titled “Linking data”

Deen and Associates Software Architects Inc. comply fully with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act taking effect on January 1, 2001.

What is personal information?

Personal information is information about an identifiable individual. This includes information about your product and service subscriptions and usage. Publicly available information, such as a public directory listing of your name, address, telephone number and electronic address, is not considered personal information.

Deen and Associates Software Architects Inc. collect personal information only for the following

purposes:

• to establish and maintain a responsible commercial relationship with you and

provide you with ongoing service;

• to understand your needs and develop and recommend suitable products &

services;

• to manage and develop our business and operations, including personnel and

employment matters; and

• to meet legal requirements.

Additionally, we do will not disclose any directly implicated business financial data to any 3rd party. For example, total sales figures, annual income, or inventory net worth.
